Se It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ONNI CONTRACTING (CHICAGO) INC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use five (5) Canopy(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 202 W. Hill St
Said Canopy(s) at W. Hill Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-one point eight three (21.83) feet in length, and point nine two (.92) feet in width for a total of twenty point zero eight (20.08) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at W. Hill Street measure(s):
One (1) at forty point two five (40.25) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred three point eight five (103.85) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at W. Hill Street & N. Wells Street measure(s):
One (1) at sixty point two five (60.25) feet in length, and four point four two (4.42) feet in width for a total of two hundred sixty-six point three one (266.31) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at N. Wells Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty point zero eight (20.08) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width for a total of fifty-one point eight one (51.81) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at N. Wells Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-five point five eight (25.58) feet in length, and two point seven five (2.75) feet in width for a total of seventy point three five (70.35) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
