BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the current M2-3, Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by:
A line 134.50 feet north of West Kinzie Street: a line from a point on the last described line 216.26 feet east of North Peoria Street running southeasterly for a distance of 20.18 feet to a point 27.00 feet west of North Green Street and measured perpendicular thereto; a line 116.50 feet north of West Kinzie Street; North Green Street; West Kinzie Street; and North Peoria Street
to those of a DS-5. Downtown Service District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
