ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the current Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-J in the area bounded by:

A lien 216.54 feet north of West Belden Avenue as measured along the east line of North Pulaski Road; the alley next east of North Pulaski Road; a line 111.07 feet north of West Belden Avenue as measured along the east line of North Pulaski Road; and North Pulaski Road

to those of a C2-2 Motor Vehicle - Related Commercial District which is hereby established in the area described above.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
