BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt NRG CLARK-SCHUBERT LLC, of 610 West Schubert Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60614, from the Municipal Code provision requiring physical barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley access to parking facilities for the premises referenced herein.
