AMEND RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONE 26

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Amend ordinance passed on June 30, 2009, page 65601 which extended residential permit parking zone 26 to include W. Wabansia Avenue between N. Natchez Avenue and N. Nashville Avenue (6437-6465 and 6438-6464 W. Wabansia Avenue) by striking: W. Wabansia Avenue between N. Natchez Avenue and N. Nashville Avenue (6437-6465 and 6438-6464 W. Wabansia Avenue) and inserting in lieu thereof : W. Wabansia Avenue from N. Nashville Avenue to the first alley east thereof (6540-6600 and 6545-6601 W, Wabansia Avenue).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
