BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

F6 Grace, LLC and 957 Grace Acquisitions, LLC located at 3759-63 N. Sheffield Avenue and 951-57 W. Grace Street from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
