Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE MINE MUSIC HALL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eight (8) Light Fixture(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1431 W. Lake St
Said Light Fixture(s) at W. LAKE STREET measure(s):
One (1) at one point four two (1.42) foot in length, point five (.5) feet in width and seven (7) feet above grade level. One (1) at one point four two (1.42) foot in length, point five (.5) feet in width and seven (7) feet above grade level. One (1) atone point fourtwo (1.42) foot in length, point five (.5) feet in width and twelve (12) feet above grade level.
