SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A7838

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-L in the area bounded by

A line 105.3 feet southeast of the south boundary line of West Agatite Avenue (as measured along the northeast boundary line of North Milwaukee Avenue); the public alley next northeast of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 109.1 feet northwest of the north boundary line of West Montrose Avenue (as measured along the northeast boundary line of North Milwaukee Avenue) North Milwaukee Avenue,

to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
