ORDINANCE

7255-57 North Bell Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt MRR 7250 N Bell LLC, 55 E Jackson Blvd., Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60604, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 7255-57 North Bell Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
