BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for JERRY'S SANDWICHES on 03/13/2019, and printed upon page 97150 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Seating Capacity: 64; total square footage six hundred (600); Compensation: $660.00" and inserting in their place the words "cafe area #2 shall be forty-one (41) feet in length and four (4) feet in width along N Lincoln Ave; Seating Capacity: 76; total square footage seven hundred sixty-four (764); Compensation: $840.40"


Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
