BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on October establishing parking prohibition at all times, except for disabled, in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"North Mozart Street                     at No. 5650 - approximately one parking space

(DISABLED PARKING - PUBLIC BENEFIT),'

and inserting in lieu thereof

"North Mozart Street                     at No. 5650 - approximately three parking

spaces

(DISABLED PARKING - PUBLIC BENEFIT).
