ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by
a line 99.89 feet north of and parallel to West Fulton Market Street, a line 151.07 feet east of and parallel to North Sangamon Street; West Fulton Market Street; and North Sangamon Street;
to those of the DS-3 Downtown Service District and a corresponding use district is
hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

The Applicant seeks a Type 1 Rezoning in order to reconstruct a two-story brick building, which will have retail and restaurant uses. The Applicant will be seeking a variation to reduce the loading zone requirement from 1 space to 0 spaces as well as an administrative adjustment to reduce the parking from the required 65 spaces to 0 spaces, as it is located within 1,320 feet of the CTA Morgan station, through the transit served location section 17-10-0102-B.
