BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for CHICAGO HELICOPTER EXPRESS LLC on 09/20/2018, and printed upon page 84504 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "sixteen (16) feet in width for a total of thirty-two (32) square feet" and inserting in their place the words "one point one seven (1.17) feet in width for a total of two point three four (2.34) square feet"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
