ORDERED, that the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to waive the Food Vendor License fees, Itinerant Merchant License fees, and Tent Erection fees for all the participants in the New 37^th Ward Gospel Festival located at La Follette Park, 1333 N. Laramie, to be held on Saturday August 1, 2015.

This shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
