ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-1 in the area bounded by

South Sacramento Avenue; a line 120.23 feet southeast of and parallel to South Sacramento Avenue; the public alley southeast of and parallel to South Sacramento Avenue; a line 120.16 feet northwest of and parallel to South Richmond Street; A line 27 feet northeast of and parallel to the northeast line of the public alley next northeast of South Archer Avenue; South Richmond Street; South Archer Avenue to the point of beginning

to those of a Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District
