City Council January 27th, 2021
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Genevieve T. Crocker has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Genevieve T. Crocker (nee Crivilare) beloved wife ofthe late George Crocker, loving sister of Charlotte (the late Carmen "Babe") DeSanto and the late Victor (the late Margaret) Crivilare, adoring Aunt of Carolyn (Tom) DiFiglio, Cheryl (Tony) DiVittorio, Christine DeSanto, the late Charlene DeSanto, the late Angelo Crivilare, the late Joseph (Mary) Crivilare, the late Carlotta (Mike) Roberts, Victor (Renee) Crivilare, cherished stepmother to Laura (David) Ligue and the late George Crocker Jr., great aunt to many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared (first name)to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty seventh of January 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Genevieve T. Crocker and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Genevieve T. Crocker.
