RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Michael C. Buchanan to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Beloved husband of Jeanette (Scully); Loving father of James (Lisa) and Susan; Proud grandfather of Mardi, Mary, Kevin and Colleen. Michael was a Retired Pressman from Crown Cork & Seal. Michael C. Buchanan leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this thirteenth day of February, 2013, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Michael C. Buchanan and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Michael C. Buchanan.
