BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt A Plus Cleaning and Maintenance of 4137 W. Lake Street, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4137 VV. Lake

SECTION 2.

The ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
