MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS TWO HOUR PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

31                     4745-4759 West McLean Avenue; West McLean Avenue (south side) from a point 20

feet east of North Cicero Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof; Two Hour Parking, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Sunday - (15-01901491) [02015-2262]

SECTION 2. and publication.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
