METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY Acct. No. 5506 - 3 Permit No. 1114846

Se It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Ground Retention System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1 N. Franklin St Existing ground retention system extend thirty (30) feet below ground level at its deepest point. Existing ground retention system extend for the following dimensions under the public way.
Said Ground Retention System(s) at W. Madison Street measure(s):
One (1) at seventy-seven point six six (77.66) feet in length, and four point six six (4.66) feet in width for a total of three hundred sixty-one point nine (361.9) square feet.
Said Ground Retention System(s) at W. Calhoun Place measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred fifteen (115) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of four hundred sixty (460) square feet.
Said Ground Retention System(s) at N. Franklin Street measure(s):
One (1) atone hundred twenty-seven (127) feet in length, and one point eight three (1.83) foot in width for a total of two hundred thirty-two point four one (232.41) square feet.
Said Ground Retention System(s) at N. Wells Street measure(s):
One (1) at fifty-three (53) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty-six point seven four (136.74) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination) and Department of Water Management.
