BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Per Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Wicker Park Scooter Rentals from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 1415 N Ashland.
