SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1:

Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Oakwood Shores Phase 2D from requiring barriers for Alley Ingress and Egress at premise address listed as follows:

3825 South Vincennes Avenue

SECTION 2: publication.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
