BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES - DOWNTOWN CHICAGO on 09/24/2015, and

printed upon page 7127 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Four (4) Light fixture(s) projecting over the public right-of-way

Four at one (1) foot in length, one (1) foot in width and nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (0) feet above grade level."

and inserting in their place the words "Four Light Fixture(s) in the public right-of-way

Four at one (1) foot in diameter. Existing light fixtures are located in the Sidewalk.
