ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-J in the area bound by:

a line 64.5 feet south of and parallel to West Bloomingdale Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Spaulding Avenue; a line 89.5 feet south of and parallel to West Bloomingdale Avenue; and North Spaulding Avenue,

to those of a RS-1, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
