BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

 

3401-09 N. Southport, LLC located at 3401-09 N Southport Avenue and 1348-54 W Roscoe Street from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
