BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1523 W. Chicago Owner, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress in to 1523 W. Chicago Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
