BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT-4 Two-flat, Townhouse and Multi-unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 15-G in the area bounded by

the Alley next North of West Bryn Mawr Avenue; a line 397.15 East of and parallel to North Wayne Avenue; West Bryn Mawr Avenue; and a line 370.41 feet East of and parallel to North Wayne Avenue




to those of a B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
