APPLICATIONS FOR

(SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER REFUND)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pusuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago John F. Nasko, is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 719 W. 19^th St. For the year 2015.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its Passage and publication.
