BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RS2, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-I in the area bounded by:
a line 178.5 feet north of and parallel to West 111th Street; a line 133 feet east of and parallel to South Troy Street; the alley next north of and parallel to West 111th Street; a line 33 feet east of and parallel to South Troy Street; West 111th Street; and South Troy Street
to those of a B3-1 Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
