Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to Whole Foods Market, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eighteen (18) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 959 W. Fullerton Ave
Said Awning(s) at Fullerton/Sheffield measure(s):
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of forty-five (45) square feet. Said Awning(s) at Fullerton measure(s):
One (1) at six (6) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-seven (27) square feet. Three (3) at fifteen point two five (15.25) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred five point eight eight (205.88) square feet.
Five (5) at fifteen point two five (15.25) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of three hundred forty-three point one three (343.13) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at Sheffield measure(s):
Three (3) at six (6) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of eighty-one (81) square feet.
