ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mural Park, LLC 924 W. 19^th Place, from.the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 924 W. 19^th Place.
