CITY COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 20, 2018
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Edelmira Florian of One Stop Auto, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 2045-2051 North Cicero Avenue.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for One Stop Auto, Inc. located at 2045-2051 North Cicero Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639.1 have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for September 20, 2018, exempting of One Stop Auto, Inc., from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
