BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the CI-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 20-D in the area bounded by

The public alley next north of and parallel to East 87^th Street; South Ingleside Avenue; East 87^th Street; and a line 107.49 feet west of and parallel to South Ingleside Avenue,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
