Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to repeal 1 Hour Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe committee present, with no dissenting votes.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install 1 Hour Parking signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
38 W. Montrose Avenue; Repeal ordinance passed 7/19/2000, journal page 38631, which
reads: W. Montrose Avenue (south side) from a point 5 feet west of N. Parkside Avenue to a point 40 feet west thereof; One Hour Parking, 8:00am to10:00pm, Sunday through Saturday, by striking the above - (13-01659532) [02013-680]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
