TRANSPORTATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.      Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and directed to exempt City College of Chicago of 226 W. Jackson, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4613 W. Madison.

SECTION 2.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage and publication.
