Ordered, That the Director ofthe Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to issue the following licenses and permits, free of charge, to Power of Life, AustinPower5K Walk/Run and Festival, 5820 W. Chicago Ave., for special event, scheduled to take place Saturday, September 24, 2016, beginning at 5900 W. Mayfield Street, proceeding east bound to Cicero, Cicero north bound to Augusta, Augusta west bound to Leamington, south on Leamington to Chicago Avenue, Chicago Avenue west bound to Mayfield;

Tent and Canopy permit; Food Vendor Licenses, Special Event Permit, Refuse Collection, Street Sweeping/Cleaning, Posting of No Parking Signs, Street Closure Permit, all application fee: permits/athletic application/banner application, and all other permits and fees related to event.

This shall take effect upon passage and approval.
