BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Children's Learning Place Wrigleyville, LLC, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3532 North Halsted.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
