BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for ERIE REALTY HOLDING COMPANY LLC on 06/17/2015, and printed upon page 1491 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"MAC WEST LLC"

and inserting in their place the words

"ERIE REALTY HOLDING COMPANY LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
