Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RIVER NORTH SELF PARK, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eight (8) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 60 W. Kinzie St
Said Planter(s) at W Kinzie measure(s):
Two (2) at thirty-five (35) feet in length, and four point one (4.1) feet in width for a total of two hundred eighty-seven (287) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at W Kinzie measure(s):
One (1) at twenty (20) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of eighty-eight point two (88.2) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N Clark measure(s):
One (1) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of sixty-six point one five (66.15) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N Clark measure(s):
Two (2) at twenty (20) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of one hundred seventy-six point four (176.4) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N Clark measure(s):
Two (2) at thirty-five (35) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of three hundred eight point seven (308.7) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
