ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and all of the RM 4.5, Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-G in the area bound

by:

West Bryn Mawr Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Glenwood Avenue; West Foster Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Clark Street; West Gregory Street; the alley next west of and parallel North Glenwood Avenue; a line 63.36 feet south of and parallel to West Bryn Mawr Avenue; and North Glenwood Avenue,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single Unit (Detached Houses) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
