SECTION I. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing the current Residential-Business Planned Development 186. as amended as shown on Map 1-E in the area bounded by:
East Lake Street; North Beaubien Court; East Randolph Street; and North Michigan Avenue
to lhat of a DX-16 Downtown Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in lull force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
