BARRIER REQUIREMENT SECTION 10-20-210

PHYSICAL BARRIER & ALLEY ACCESS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 33-19.1 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Prime Quest (owner Mr. Eli Stefansky), from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress for 6308-40 N. Sacramento.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
