BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY COMMERCIAL on 04/30/2014, and printed upon page 80053 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words " LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY COMMERCIAL" and inserting in their place the words "BRI1864 230 W MONROE LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
