CITY COUNCIL MEETING January 13,2016

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:     Pursuant to action 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Midway Pionte Senior Residence of 5001-5025 W. 47^th Street from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking for Premise Address.
