ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-J in the area bound by:

West Le Moyne Street; the alley next west of and parallel to North Monticello Avenue; a line 24 feet north of and parallel West Le Moyne Street; and North Monticello Avenue,

to those of a RS-1, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
