BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pusuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago Fusheng Yang, is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 3051S. Lyman St. Apt. F

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its Passage and publication.
