ORDERED, That the Director of the Department of Revenue of the City of Chicago is hereby authorized and directed to waive the Itinerant Merchant License Fees and Food Vendor License Fees for participants in the 57^th Street Art Fair, to be held June 4^th and June 5^th, 2011 from 10:00am to dusk on South Kimbark Avenue from 5600 to 5700.
