RESOLUTION MOURNING THE DEATH OF JAMES MANCARI
WHEREAS, James Mancari, had passed away October 20, 2015: and
WHEREAS, James Mancari was the loving husband ofthe late Josephine, nee Battaglia:
and
WHEREAS, James Mancari was the proud father of Natalie (Thomas) Morano, Michael (Colleen), Joseph (Elena), Philip (Nikki) and Angela (Robert) Pickert; and
WHEREAS, James was also the beloved grandfather to Michele, Tina (Jeff), Michael Jr., Joey, Angela, Anthony, Nicholas, Thomas, Philip, Danny, Bobby, Frank and Paul, and a great-grandfather to Joey, Bella, Michael, Emily, and Brandon; and
WHEREAS, James is the brother of Fred, Barbara, Tom and the late Therese, and the fond uncle to many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, The many family members and friends of James Mancari gathered to celebrate his wonderful life with a Mass ofthe Resurrection at St. Barbara Church; and
WHEREAS, James was a lifelong resident ofthe 11th Ward Bridgeport Community, a proud member ofthe Plumbers Union Local 130 and a dedicated and contributing member of our community; and
WHEREAS, James Mancari was a kind and loving person who cherished his family, friends, and community, who will be greatly missed by all that knew him; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, do hereby mourn the passing of James Mancari, and that we extend our deepest condolences to his many family member and friends; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be made available for the family of James Mancari.
