BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for ZELLER 401 PROPERTY, LLC. on 05/18/2016, and printed upon page 24731 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by adding the words

'"One (1) at point nine six (.96) feet in length, point nine six (.96) feet in width and eleven point six three (11.63) feet above grade level."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
