CITY COUNCIL MEETING December 12, 2017

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:      Pursuant to action 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Teloloapan Auto Repair Shop of 3335 West Cermak Road from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking for Premise Address.
